Welcome to Love, Idekaa. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website [www.yourwebsite.com] (the "Website") and any purchase you make from us. By browsing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, along with our Shipping Policy, Customization & Made-to-Order Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
In these Terms, "Love, Idekaa", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Love, Idekaa, an entity of Dang Collective, and "you" refers to the person using the Website or placing an order.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
2. About Our Products
Every piece at Love, Idekaa is made to order. Garments are cut and stitched only after you place your order, in standard sizes (XXS–XXXL) or to your custom measurements.
* We take care to display colours, fabrics and details accurately. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting and the handmade nature of made-to-order production.
* Product descriptions, images and availability may be updated at any time without notice.
* Fabric and care details are provided on the product page and on the care card included with your order.
3. Orders & Acceptance
* Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation from us.
* We may decline or cancel an order in cases such as pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or production unavailability. If we cancel after payment, you will receive a full refund.
* You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details at checkout.
4. Sizing, Measurements & Fit Confirmation
Because each garment is made specifically for you, accuracy of size and measurements is your responsibility.
* Standard sizes: Please refer to our size chart before selecting your size.
* Custom measurements: You will be asked to review and confirm your measurements on a summary screen before production begins. Once confirmed, production begins immediately and changes cannot be made.
* Fit confirmation: At checkout, you must tick a mandatory declaration confirming that your size or measurements are accurate and that you understand no alterations are offered once production begins. Orders cannot be placed without this confirmation.

5. Pricing & Payment
* All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
* We offer free shipping across India on all orders, with no minimum order value.
* All orders are prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Full payment at checkout secures your production slot and confirms your order.
* Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details.
* We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time. Prices apply as displayed at the time you place your order.
* If a payment fails but your account is debited, the amount is generally reversed by your bank or payment provider within their standard timelines. Please write to us if it is not.
6. Production, Shipping & Delivery
* Production: 7–10 business days from order confirmation.
* Quality check: Every garment is inspected by our team before dispatch, which typically adds [1–2 business days].
* Transit: [3-7 business days] depending on your location, via Shiprocket and its courier partners.
* We currently ship within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
* Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. They may be affected by high-demand periods, your pincode, and courier delays outside our control. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, we will notify you.
* Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

7. Cancellations
* Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only before production begins, within 2 hours of order confirmation.
* Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
8. Returns, Exchanges, Remakes & Refunds
Because every garment is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or because a piece does not suit your taste once received.
* Issue on our end (the garment does not match our stated size chart, does not match the measurements you confirmed, or has a manufacturing defect): we will offer a free remake or a full refund. Please report within 3 days of delivery, with photos, to [email/WhatsApp].
* Issue on your end (wrong standard size selected, or inaccurate custom measurements submitted): we do not offer free remakes or alterations. As a one-time goodwill gesture, we may offer a discounted remake at 60% of order value, evaluated case by case and not guaranteed. Please contact us within [X days] of delivery.
* Damaged or lost in transit: please write to us within [3 days] of delivery (or the expected delivery date, for non-arrival) with unboxing photos or video for damage claims. Verified claims are eligible for a free remake or full refund.
* We do not offer: alterations of any kind, exchanges for a different style, colour or size preference, or returns for reasons unrelated to fit accuracy or defects.
* Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within [X business days] of approval.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including our name, logo, designs, product names, photographs, text, graphics and brand identity, is owned by or licensed to Love, Idekaa / Dang Collective and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial sharing of our public social media content with credit to Love, Idekaa is welcome.
10. Acceptable Use
When using the Website, you agree not to:
* use it for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose;
* attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers or other users' data;
* introduce viruses or harmful code, or interfere with the Website's operation;
* use bots, scrapers or automated tools to extract content or data without permission;
* place orders using false information or payment methods you are not authorised to use.
We may suspend or restrict access, or cancel orders, where we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms.
11. User Accounts (if applicable)
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
12. Privacy & Data
We collect and use your personal information, such as your name, contact details, address and measurements, only to process and deliver your order, provide customer support, and improve your experience. Measurement data is used solely for producing your garment. Please read our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, store and protect your data, and your rights in relation to it.
13. Communications
By placing an order, you agree to receive order-related communications from us by email, SMS or WhatsApp, including confirmations, dispatch updates and tracking links. Marketing messages are sent only where you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time.
14. Third-Party Services & Links
We use third-party services such as payment gateways and Shiprocket with its courier partners to operate the Website and fulfil orders. The Website may also link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties, and your use of their services is subject to their own terms.
15. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
* The Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
* To the fullest extent permitted by law, Love, Idekaa and Dang Collective will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or our products.
* Our total liability in relation to any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
* Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
16. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, courier or supply chain disruptions, or internet and payment gateway failures. Where this affects your order, we will keep you informed.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Website with a revised "Last updated" date. Orders are governed by the Terms in force at the time you placed them. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website.
We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern amicably.
